Filling Fee Payment Form IMM 5620

Hi,

I have question regarding the "Fee Payment Form IMM 5620".

I'm the principal applicant and no one else is included and I'm paying by my own credit card.

In section "A", there are three questions as follows,

(1) Name of principal applicant (given name(s), surname)
(2) Name of payer (if different from the principal applicant)
(3) Address of payer (if different from the principal applicant)

Now the question is: If I fill my name for (1). what should I do for (2) and (3)?

If you pay, then you don't have to fill that. It only applies if someone else pays the fees for you.
