Today I have an email to submit family information form.

All my family members are in India and I'm the only one here. Is this normal that this form is requested ?

It is completely normal, a friend of mine got asked for that document and he/she has got his/her PR already. It could be a random check or because you didnt mention your other family members in the original application. Dont be stressful as it should not affect your application as long as what you disclose is correct.

I'm only worried as my cousin(pr holder) who I live with has same family name. Not sure if this is why I was asked to submit this form.

I dont think that you have to include your cousins as you are not declaring points from him/her....They are not your close family members anyway..

Hmm, they didnt ask me anything and I am not sure.. Maybe ...try "view submitted application" button?
