Filling application for CEC !! READY TO SEND PLEASE HELP

I am single applicant on file . I am not married!!

There are number of forms which are not related to me should i leave them blank and send it with file ..

or i should not send those forms with my file

please here are the forms which i have no concern:-

3. Additional dependents declarartion IMM0008DEPENU

8. Declaration for non accompanying IMM5604E

9.Common law union IMM5409E-

11. Use OF representatives IMM5476E-

as i am single applicant i dont have anything to fill in this forms what should i mention for these ??

should i send these forms with file or no

please give you suggestions

I just wrote 'N/A' next to the relevant check boxes on the document check list. Pointless to include blank forms, the CIC aren't complete idiots.
