use the market value. it is always bigger than the assessed value per assessor's office coz their valuation is for taxation purposes only.

I used the market value 'coz the Personal Net Worth states "estimated market value".

Thanks silverfox...so in your case that you used the City Assessor's valuation, did you not encounter any problem with the VO regarding your land valuation? The city assessor here in our place can value my land 3x more then the BIR zonal value.

So far, VO did not ask for any additional document nor required us for an interview. And my ecas now is "decision made" and hoping and praying to receive my passport with visa stamped on it very soon. Goodluck, pisces18k. (by the way, my zodiac sign is also Pisces)
