Tanong lang sana ako kung may nag apply dito ng immigrant visa through an immigrant lawyer? And ask ko din sana who has an idea regarding the process (yung nakapag submit after June 2010) kung gaano kabilis na?

most of them go to nationawide but i had my medical at st. lukes manila - mas mahigpit sila pero mas mabilis nman mag forward sa CEM kung wala ka ng additional test. if u decided at st.lukes dapat mas maaga ka kz sobra dami ng nagpapamedical. kasabayan mo na ang u.s, canada and australia apllicants.

hi! i'm new here.... just wanna ask kung mag aapply ba thru this category, kailangan bang unahin ang pag apply sa regulatory board? i belong to NOC 3152.

If you havent applied yet, better take the IELTS ASAP then apply for FSW before the regulatory boards, you can do that there or before you leave, the most important is VISA first.. possibility of reaching the 20k cap will be reached because its worldwide.

@peanut & maharlika - sorry for the late reply.. haven't had the time to log in. anyway, yes taga cebu po ako... how about you guys? at least may kasama narin akong makilala na taga cebu. and it would really be helpful to be part sa netowork of filipino friends pag punta sa canada na diba?

mahalika, yah i think it was aug 30 yung holiday yun. i was there as well sa ciip...

if u have history of TB or pag may nakita sila just a little spot eh ipapa sputum test ka na and it will take 2 months bgo lumabas ang result so another waiting time na nman un. actually madami me naririnig na super higpit daw sa st. lukes when i was there unlike sa nationwide na ipresent mo lang ang old film eh ok na sa kanila. pag ok ang medical eh they will forward it to CEM after a week. from there eh pede kn magbilang ng 2 -3 months for PPR nman.

consultancy firm usually, and processing are all the same worldwide or a bit faster here compared sa ibang bansa, better have a valid IELTS. Our papers were processed by CIC here in manila office nila sa coastal mall and also has branch in MOA.

can we bring a medical certificate from a pulmo specialist or an infectious disease doctor telling them na we had this >10yrs ago and completed the treatment? is it possible not to undergo that sputum test? hassle naman kasi biruin mo 2 months pa iintayin mo..

They will ask for your film na 3 - 4 yrs ago or basta yung matagal then iko compare nila. they will not accept yung recent film lang. pag may history ka eh automatic ipapa sputum test ka agad sa st. lukes kahit clear ka na unlike sa iba na wala ng sputum test. ang reason nila eh para sure na clear ka talaga when u arrive in canada.
Pag may nakita sila na active ks TB eh iti treat nila for 6 months and u have to go there everyday just to take medicine. ndi pede iuwi ang medicine - thats as per sa 1 patient na nakausap ko.

Got my PPR just now...exactly 30 days from date medical results were sent by DMP.

Thanks for all those who have contributed to my processing and got me this far...

One last waiting to go...visa issuance!!!
