One more thing, my wife had a surgery right in between PPR and Visa. Blessing kasi benign, and we waited talaga for that moment kasi nag resign na sya sa work and just in time to heal and move to Canada
Thank you miss khai!!!! Sorry ngaun lng ako nkpg trhnk u sau. I've been busy with work, i have gathered my emploement certificate thru my sis though she's quite young, all of them did not comply with the requirements needed. So, i have to get it myself haiistt!!. And according to new rule i have to take the GT module, the available slot is Oct 9 OMG !!! I also have concerned, i worked initially as a staff nurse 2 yrs contract, i finished 1 yr then i teach in the university. Should i included that?? I have the employment cetificated by my Chief nurse in case for background checking, do u think should i include this one??? I think i was terminated in the HR where in fact it was AWOL. But i have continuous employment though different universities most are more than 1 year all in all Ive been in the teaching field for 4 years now.khai said:Hi summer 1979,
have you downloaded the instructions sheet IMM EG700, CIO Checklist and Manila VO Appendix A? Those are the helpful sheets i used in filling-up and compiling all the supporting docs.
In answer to your questions:
1. Depends on the document. The TOR for example can be certified true copy only.NO harm in sending the original i guess.. While the PRC ID/license can be just photocopied. Employment certs in originals. And the list goes on. Pls check the suggested sheets and forms.
2. As per experience, my employer followed everything that was stated:
Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities and duties in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the number of hours worked per week
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the
company
• a business card of the signatory
for the meantime nobody knows kung kanino manggagaling yung approval,medical and release of visa.I myself is waiting kung anong magiging trend nitong bagong rules. But i think that should be least of your concerns now. First things first. Completion of Reqs and filling-up of forms first. Then we'll wait for the next step.
3. Your IELTS academic work both ways. Pwede sya sa immigration and registration. Mine is also academic. You don't need to take another General IELTS.
I actually have a representative.. Don't worry,di ka nagiisa..i think a lot of applicants under the 6/26 rule felt the same..Please let mew know how i can be of help.Were on the same boat..

Thx po for quick response.
Base po kc s new instruction ng Manila VO, certified true copy po ng TOR at copy ng diploma, nung kumuha po kami ng TOR at diploma s school my kasama syang photocopy ng TOR at diploma and certified by them that those are the photocopy of original and stamp with their dry seal. Un po sana ang inquiry ko kung pwede n ung pgkaka-certified nila s TOR at diploma nmin.o kailangan tlaga lawyer ang mgcertified nun.
Tnx po ulit.
So its better to send the original nlng po instead of CTC of TOR and diploma?isysy said:Hindi ba option to request two copies of TOR and diploma? And send one set to the embassy? Theyll return it once you have the visa....
Hi po. I just want to ask... how did you put all the details of your POF in the table? Ang liit lang kasi eh. Can I just attach a separate table? Thanksisysy said:My honest opinion, i dont think they will really get into checking the POF. In my case ive included a companys stock option, estinated how much it is and it worked for me.
One of my theories too is the COE. Me and my wife combined gets more than 1.3M annually, both managers with no kids, just bills

Do you mean, the Personal Net Worth Statement? If so, I made mine handwritten, and there was no question about it naman.smilepmendoza said:Hi po. I just want to ask... how did you put all the details of your POF in the table? Ang liit lang kasi eh. Can I just attach a separate table? Thanks

At the time I submitted my full docs sa VO, and that was only last April 2010, yung TOR is required in a university-sealed envelope. But I read from the revised (08-2010) checklist of the Manila VO, pwede na certified true copies na lang yung Transcript in all degrees. However, you have to follow CIC's guidelines below on certifying true copies of documents:
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
* “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”
* the name of the original document
* the date of the certification
* his or her name
* his or her official position or title
* his or her signature
Who can certify copies?
People authorized to certify copies include the following:
In Canada:
* a commissioner of oaths
* a notary public
* a justice of the peace
Outside Canada:
* a judge
* a magistrate
* a notary public
* an officer of a court of justice
* a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living
I hope this helps.
parang ganon na nga, unless the rules have changed a few months (last time ko nag send was last Nov 2009).4mySON said:So its better to send the original nlng po instead of CTC of TOR and diploma?

Actually, in my docs which need to be certified, I just had it notarized, and it was ok, too. I believe there was no problem on it coz I'm just awaiting for my ppr now.psychnars said:I also requested a certified true copy of my TOR to 3 universities and told them to print the below-mentioned info, sad to say, lahat ng registrar ayaw ipasulat exactly what the embassy wants, for example, walang "name of the original document" kasi daw ang stamp nila may template na. Sabi nila ala official stamp nila yon, alangan naman daw na baguhin at magpagawa sila ng bagong stamp just for this. So, sa TOR ko walang "name of the original document.
Thanks Silverfox. Hindi kasi kasya eh. Like sa address pa lang ng real property namin, sikip sikip na. Ummmm! parang I want to state na please see attached table.
