will it materialize for me if I will invest in this skill (crane operator)? i really wanted to migrate in canada and strive as hard as i can to be a PR or be a naturalized Canadian Citizen?

Dear I am a Crane Operator immigrated and already in land. Yes it does, but doing the job in Ontario (at least) needs taking the certificate (permit let's say) which is not somehow easy ....
