Filing TRV extension with Spousal Outland PR - both go to Mississauga?

Hello,

I've done my due dilligence, but 2 questions I just want to confirm:

1. Confirm that when filing the Spousal PR Outland application to Mississauga I should include the TRV extension with that application and not send it directly to Vegreville separately? (My wife is staying with me in Canada)
2. Confirm that an OWP cannot be applied for in the case of an Outland PR application?

Thank-you!

1. No. The best way to apply for a TRV extension is online, because it is the fastest way. Also, you will have proof of applying and of when you applied, so in case your visitor status expires while it is being processed, you still have implied status (until a decision is made on the extension application.). If you apply online, the moment you click "submit" on the online form, you know you're ok. Also, I don't think the same people process PR applications and TRV extension applications. They might have to forward it to another department, and they might do it the day they get your PR application, or they might do it a couple of months later, when they look at your file to give your sponsorship approval. So I'd do it online, to save myself the stress of not hearing anything back for weeks or months and wondering what happened to my application.
2. You are right. There is no OWP for Outland applicants.
