I arrived in Canada early 2014 and will leave end of january this year. I am a visitor.

Do I need to file my taxes here? I'm just a visitor, no work.

I will leave end of january so I don't have time to talk with accountant. My case is pretty straightforward. No work, just visitor, although, has stayed more than 183 days.

Can I just fill it up online?

If you had no income and you don't have a canadian spouse / common law partner trying to claim credits/benefits based on you being a dependent then you may not have to file at all:
