Could someone please assist me with this? I am currently on a work permit with the company I've worked for over the past nine years, which involved an inter-company transfer. When I joined the company in Canada, I was issued an offer letter. Will this offer letter be sufficient as an employer letter for filing PR under OINP, or do I need the OINP Employer Form, which I believe my company might not provide? Is there an alternative option? Please advise.

You really need to read the guide. Looks like your employer is more involve in the Foreign Worker stream and likely they need LMIA.
