need your help guys..
currently temporary foreign worker but plan to apply CEC on january 2013. my husband and daughter just got here on june this year. my questions:
1. can i file for divorce (not sure if i could) before i submit my CEC application?
2. if so, can i use my current passport when the time i apply for CEC?
3. if not, do i have to renew my passport with my name when i was still single?
