filing background declaration form

Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering what to put in the section 8 (personal history) where it asks "name of company, employer, school, facility, as applicable")

basically I went for a vacation to my country of origin for 1 month and returned to canada. so what should I put in that column??

You can put - Not applicable. Thats what I have done and it seems correct since you were on vacation.
