Files after uploaded showing in front of different job title and t4 que

Hi my name is navraj i submitted my file under express entry on 29 march 2017
i have two questions

1. under employment records i submitted my all paystubs and roe but i did not submit my t4 and notice os assesment so if it is ok? or do these two things are mandatory but somehow i submit kater today by using web form just want to know that without these if that is ok or not

2 i uploaded my two employment records for different companies and gave specific names by using my company names for pay stubs while submitting it is only showing one place where we have two attach all the employment records but after submitting my file now one companys paystubs which i submitted in front of another job title which is for abother company and the same thing for other conpanys pay stub file which is showing in front of another company job title

i am really worried because it is written that if we did not submit the files in correct folder they reject the application but it is not my mistake at that time it is only showing one place to attach


please help what should i do ???
