File transferred to Manila VO [Outside-Spousal sponsorship]

Hello,

I was wondering how long it general would take for background check in Manila visa office. (Manila is my local visa office) Is Manila VO generally slower than others?
I know there is no absolute right answer in terms of timeline but anyone who had similar experience?

My GCMS note says my file is transferred to Manila visa office (I also got an email from CPC-M) on March 9th.
I do have a dismissed charge(8 years ago) and $500 fine(5 years ago) in my background and GCMS notes says 'further review required'.
I know my case would be more complicated than most application because of the background, but greatly appreciated if anyone can share similar experience or any thoughts are appreciated.


Timeline:
Submission (online) in August 2023 (also submitted to rehab application)
Biometrics and Medical check: October 2023
Eligibility w/ pre arrival letter: December 2023
File transferred to Manila visa office: March 2024

It depends with the VO. My file was transferred to Manila VO as well then got PPR two days later. Though I didn't have a complex case, maybe yours would be different from mine by a lot.

Same for me, I got transferred to Manila VO at the start of February it seems all went quickly until we got PPR 6 weeks later.
