Your wife needs to land first to become PR. After physically live in Canada for at least 3 years, she can apply for citizenship.

As for your kids, are you citizen at the time they were born? And how you became citizen?

I become citizen after becoming a PR and stayed the time needed for citizenship.

kids were born before i became a citizen.

but i read that kids can become citizen of one of their parents aquire the canadian citizenship provided they have a PR status.

so, my question is,

their PR application has been approved,

but they didnt land yet, and they didnt get the COPR, .

can I apply for their citizenship as they are approved for PR.

They need to be PR formally first.

They must land in Canada and initiate their PR first. Would also add that your ex spouse needs to grant permission for the children to travel. Given that you are separated from your spouse you shouldn't be sponsoring her. You will be asked if there are any changes in your relationship status before PR landing.

Detective Canuk,

if there is official divorce and she gets custody over the kids,

1- do i have to cancel the application .
2- to sponsor my kids as PR , do i need her consent while she keeps custody even if she wont accompany kids ,or i need to get custody first then sponsor them as PR.

Even if you are separated your wife should not be sponsored but if you are divorced you certainly must remove her from the PR application. You can still sponsor your children as long as your ex is being cooperative about arranging medicals. The children will need the permission of your ex to fly to Canada. When asking a question it is important to have proper context. Looking up your previous answers is important because people often don't include all the information. If you read your previous posts the answer to your questions will be different

1. No, They have to be PRs (you appear to say they haven't "landed") and they must be resident in Canada when you apply.
