I was applied under SINP OID on Jan 1, 2018 and my file was returned with reason of incomplete application since the SINP portal is kot asking any additional documents of depandentry chield.
I was requesting them to reconsider my application with raising ADR but they declined to do so.
Kindly advise your expertise to resolve the case
