Does anyone know if a file that was returned for a query after dec 31can be resubmitted to CIO since the intake period has closed for FSW?

Does anyone know if a file that was returned for a query after dec 31can be resubmitted to CIO since the intake period has closed for FSW?

If the complete application package has been returned and you have not been charged for processing, it's probably treated as if it had never been received. If so, you have to reapply from the beginning.
