File rejected under 0213, please guide

I am applying under NOC 0213 FSW, and even Alberta PNP also not needed I797. any canadian immigration process dont need I797. if you have experience letter from emplyer thats fine and works too, but you dont have, its ok you can show your employement letter and that shows your role duties.

Very Sad. One thing to start with: you didnt do proper homework before applying.
CIO and CHCs are strict on Jobs and Duties description.

Student visa has nothing to deal with PR.
but I hope you havent provided any fake document.
They might cross check.
Still, student visa fully depends on your academic record and somewhat your financial capabilities.
