File received by CIO on Nov 26, but no AOR and have not got file back - Pls Help

Hi Friends,
I have submitted my PNP file to CIO on Nov 26th, my payment draft is still outstanding and I have not got any AOR. I have not got my file back from CIO yet
Anybody is a similar situation, kindly share your views.

Should I go ahead and submit another application ?? or should I wait for CIOs response. My nomination will expire in March 13.

Any idea how much time, it takes to get file back from CIO to India.

u shud get ur aor by feb first week -
its due to christmas delays
dont worry till feb first week

I have seen a post from October applicant, he is already in Canada and did not received back file even after 3 months, so imagine what will happen to the applications of outsiders.

Have he/she contacted CIO ?
Most of the guys got file back in one plus month, which makes me worry as it has been 2 months

Well I have recently seen different posts wherein they have been told by cio regarding return of file but they r still waiting for that even after 3-4 months. In my opinion actually there is something wrong at cio like they misplace files due to workload and then just simply tell u that file has been return on so & so date. Hence shifting all responsibility to postal service. They even don't bother to at least register the letter ensuring its delivery. It's my analysis after going through such posts , I may be wrong but just wanted to share with u. What's your opinion? At least in my country we get mail through regular post from Canada in 25-30 days max. I got letter from Vic last year in 20 days.

5 month ago i was send application to CIO but i don't have any information from them.

Yes! I sent e-mail to CIO below address but i don't have any respond from CIO.

So, what's your plan now? You said your Nomination will get expired on 2nd Feb which is just 5 more days. Did you try to submit your application one more time?

I suggest, atinsingh and khan78 should write an email to CIO regarding their status of application. Please quote ur name, address, dob, pnp approval certificate no, date and docket no. through which u posted ur application. Also attach a scanned copy of ur pnp approval letter with the mail. Do it fast guys. CIO will certainly reply within 20 days....Best of luck...
As far as Yoonpark is concerned, you should shoot out an e-mail to PNP conveying your whole case in detail with docket no. through u sent ur application to CIO. and also write an e-mail to CIO about the whereabouts of ur application. I t will be better if u also call PNP and CIO about ur application. Telephone numbers are available on their respective websites. But don't forget to send an e-mail too....some way out will definitely come.... Best of luck....

I have already written an email to CIO with my details , however I have not included scan copy of letter, but given details like DOB, Passport No and Tracking details.

Hey you donn have to worry about this as of my case it took almost 3 months to get the aor and medical from cio and you also donn have to worry about the expiry date on the nomination letter as your file has not returned it means its a good news that they believe your file is complete and if they need something they will email you. Hope this helps thanks

Can you please share your timelines with us, so we have can have understanding. actually my draft also no encashed yet, thats why I am worried.
