file lost

my app package was lost
cant believe it. didnt get anything and called them said they could not find it in the system. 6 weeks i didnt get returns if they sent back. so only possiblity is lost.
anyone has the same expwrience? so pissed off .is it the $630 service fee's sercice we deserved???
what i should do with them sue them

what is the meaning of lost? is it mean you track the mail by the tracking number andthe mail has been received in Sydney office and lost there or its lost in the mail office?

yes, it had been lost since it was delivered with sig. could not locate it where is it.

If your application was signed for, the fact that the call centre cannot locate it doesn't mean it is lost. Wait a few more weeks.

thanks for reply. i really do not want to go that way. however the post or info does not apply to the case in 2016. these days they need to 2 weeks to open it and 2 weeks to get aor. its been 6 weeks now. does not look normal for now. do you think it will be possible they forget to put my file into the system even they are processing it? since I got the one refund payment from them already which means it is in processing. i am saying that because i was told once the case in processing the extra payment will automatic refund to your credit card when i email them to request refund after i accidentally made 2 payments but suppose to only 1

i dont know if you are worried more about that 630$ or just pissed off because you need to prepare another application, if its the money, then i think you can use the same receipt for another application and its valid for a year i think !!

If you think they really did lose it, then you have no choice but to reapply. Not sure what else you can do

thanks, no evidence showed its in normal process. and representatives do not know either. does it mean cic do not know? hope get help from someone who knows whats really happened or at least knows something more. not because i paid less than others, does it? just kidding
