file confirmation

hi,
I have scored 7.0 overall bands in ielts 6 in each module ( and 71% in +2 non medical ).
but I have one refusal of January 2019( because of 5.5 in one module) and now I am applying for may batch 2019.
so, I want to confirm that will my file file be applied in SDS category or Non-SDS category?
I am applying in universel college Gatineau Canada.

You may reapply under SDS but are you sure your first refusal was only due to low IELTS score? If there were other reasons then reapplying under any stream may not result into a positive outcome unless the refusal reasons are fully addressed.

yes, you are right but reason that was given on refusal letter was:
- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
