I suggest you do it all by yourself. Stories of how consultants screwed up some applications are revolting.
I guess just take back any document you have given him, and change the "representative" section in your EE profile to "No".
But above all, make sure you have your GCKey account credential, and then change your password.

He has my copy of all my documents and gc key account too..

For documents I'm guessing they're all originals? so yeah it's crucial you get them back.
I will have to ask for the credentials and the original documents are with me so that should not be an issue except the credential assessment.
You should have received an electronic copy of ECA via email. So even that isn't an issue. Worse comes to worst, you can order a new copy.
Personally, I encourage you to go through the process yourself. I believe it's too sensitive of a thing to hand it over to a stranger. All the info is available online, and is made accessible for self-application.
