Hi, everyone! I admitted for Supply Chain Management 2 year course for Sept 2017. On my study permit, under the Field of Study section, it is written Business/Marketing/Management. But I have changed my course to Mobile Application Development 1 year course which is an IT course. Will it create the problem in future? Do I need to tell CIC about the course change?

I guess you were restricted to study in these fields only. I have field of study - any designated post secondary institution so changed course and dli online only.
Yes you should call them first to confirm if you can do this and if you are in same dli no need to change dli then otherwise you need to do dli transfer also
I am in the same dli, but changed the course only. I called their number, but they don't pick. I don't know where to confirm about this thing.
You don't need to do any dli change process....talk to your school course coordinator and they will update your record for cic. in this situation you don't need to call cic but it is always good to confirm with them also. dont worry if some agent make fool that u cannot change. its completely legal
