Well, the two of us are at a point in our relationship that it has been decided that the girlfriend move to Canada and live with me. We are getting into all the paper work involved to get her here, which is huge.... But there is one lingering question that we have yet to get an answer for, can she work out of my home and still work for her US company while living in Canada with me? I know we could go back and forth every 6 months keeping within guide lines but we want to live together in one spot. Also, we have come to a conclusion that Marriage would make everything so much easier when this happens, but would she still be able to work out of my house for her US Company? If I have missed anything in this message or something needs clarifying please let me know. Tks JP

She is not allowed to work in Canada for a Canadian employer. I don't believe there are any laws that say she can't work remotely (i.e. via internet) for her American employer as long as she is being paid in the U.S. and taxed there, etc.
I had a meeting with Immigration Quebec while my husband and I were trying to figure out what to do before we submitted my PR application. My husband mentioned wanting me to help him from home on work for his businesses. The gentleman at Immigration Quebec kindly reminded us that there were no immigration officers staring in the window, and if I wanted to spend my time helping my husband on his businesses then there would be no problem as long as I wasn't being paid directly. I would think that your fiancee will have no problem as long as she's receiving her income from U.S. based sources and doing work for people/companies back in the U.S.
