1) Orginaly I am from Pakistan, but currently I am in Dubai on residence vsa, so I have to apply from Pakistan or UAE?
I mean my permanent residence & other things?
2) I do not have a manager designation. I am an engineer, but my job responsibilities matches with some desingations under 0213, so am
I elgible?

YES, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE. DESIGNATION DOES NOT MATTER, YOUR JOB DUTIES MUST MATCH WITH NOC:0213

Hi,

The new Rule says you need IELTS score at the time of application... It is easy for you as well to calculate your points...

You do'nt need Ielts with your intial application to nova scotia. Just your full application, FEE, and copies of passports.
