1. In the question regarding work history, do i put the place where I work or the company head office address? (they asked for address). I also do uber food delivery, what address should i put and what should i mention ?(self employed/food delivery)?
2. I was unemployed for a short period for 2 occasion, do i state the reason in the application?
3. I have made several mistake, so i validated the form several times and paid fees last week, will this be an issue? I am going to correct the application again and revalidate
4. I am planning to send it through canadapost expres spost with tracking, do i use the courier address?
2. I have left the country for 2 years and 10months once and other other several short trips in the last 7 years, will this be an issue?
5. In One visit there is no exit stamp of the county i visited and no entry stamp of coming back to Canada either. will this be an issue? i don't have any entry stamp of Canada coz i use kiosk

1. If the branch office address you worked at is still active, you can write that. Otherwise you can write the HO.
You can write self-employed.

2. No need to explain why you were unemployed, but be sure to state those 2 periods of unemployment.

3. No

4. I always used the mail address for Canada Post Xpresspost and got proof of delivery signatures fine. Both addresses will work fine with Canada Post...it does not matter. CP recognizes Government of Canada mail centre addresses (the ones with GOC agency name and postal code only), while couriers require street name and numbers, hence the difference.

“2.” Cannot say because your explanation is very vague. You may need a police certificate with your application if your 2 year absence was in the last 4 years or if a 183 day period of this absence fell in the last 4 years. Refer to the eligibility and application instructions.

5. No.
