Hi all, i am in US since last 3 year on H1 B Visa & now i like to apply for QSW for some family reason. As i just started to explore this filed i have a some of questions that would like to be answered by experts on this forum. so if one can provide answer/guide me to resource/s it will be very helpful.
Below are my Queries :-
1 i know that for Federal Skill Program as well as all Province Nominee Program (PNP) i must require to have a Valid job offer before i can file my application ,so does the same rule apply for Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) program?
2 As i have a good knowledge of English so do i need to prove that while applying for QSW through IELTS or TOFEL ?
3 i came to know from my friends that if i get an DELF A1/A2 (French Language certification) i don't require any interview as certification proves that i have ability to listen & speak basic french ? Please guide me at this topic.
4 i have an assumption that if i have a basic French Language certification it will speed up my application process to months from years ? is that true ?
5 Currently i am in US on H1 & want to file for QSW while in US but due to some reason if i need to go India then my application will be still valid or i need to file a new application from India ?
6 if i am not able to settle myself in Quebec in initial period ,can i migrate to other province ? is it illegal to move other province once you get a approval for QSW ? i heard that one could be deported back if he/she migrate to other province.
7 Also should i apply for French language certification before apply for QSW or is it OK to get French language certification after applying for QSW ? what will be best strategy
