Some background first: I am an American citizen. My wife is Canadian, and daughter a dual citizen. We were all living together the past few years in USA (my wife a permanent resident). My wife and daughter have moved to Canada, and I am applying for permanent residency OUTLAND since it's quicker. We really have a pretty straightforward case.

Questions on a few forms:

IMM 008 - it wants me to list dependents - my wife is my sponser. Since her and my daughter already live in Canada, I am the only one who needs the permanent residence visa, do I list them?

Photos - "supply four recent photos for each member of your family and yourself. follow the instructions in your guide." Again since my wife and daughter are Canadian citizens already living in Canada do I need photos of them as well?

Medical - I am getting the medical done in Canada, as I am in the country as a visitor. The approved Panel Physician uses E-Medical, and it requires I register before showing up for the medical. I have searched online everywhere and do not see how to register. am i missing something?

Thanks for the help!

No, you don't list them as dependents.

No, you don't need photos for them.

There is no need to register for anything to do the medical. You are doing an upfront medical for the Family Class. The physician will give you a receipt to include in the app and will upload the medical to CIC.

My physician required I make an appointment beforehand. I'd call their office and clarify. Maybe they think you just want to walk in without an appointment.

You should check online and find one approved Panel near you then call them to make an appointment.
Because it is upfront medical so you will be given a paper with your pic on it so you just need to scan it for later use then send the paper along with your application.

Good luck
