Few Questions | Express Entry Post ITA

Would require your opinion on this

My all employer reference letters are directed to Visa and Immigration Officer, Canada Immigration Center, Canadian Embassy. None of my ex-employers were ready to give this document without addressing to someone! I hope this shall be fine as I guess Canada Immigration Center will understand this

As per CIC, In your application, you must select the visa office where your application will be processed. Please consult the chart below to find your visa office. I have selected my Visa Office as New Delhi even though I am in Hyderabad. Will that be ok? Also from Feb I will be in Switzerland, what shall I do then?

Present Residential Address and Previous Residential Address: I myself thought that since I am staying in Hotels in Hyderabad so I will put my current residential address as my permanent address in Delhi! My question is wont they know that my current job is in Hyderabad (from personal history) however I go every month to Delhi for a week and I stay in Company Guest House/Hotels all the time when in Hyderabad. What to say in present residential address?

I just want to reconfirm what I am doing is correct:
Employer 1 (Very Big Pharma, 2 Years, NOC 2121), London, UK: Reference Letter on Company Letter Head without Responsibilities + Letter from Mentor/Manager which gives 4-5 responsibilities + Job Offer + Experience Letter + Pay Slips + Awards Received During my Tenure in the UK
Employer 2 (10 Months, NOC 4163), Gurgaon, India and London, UK: Reference Letter on Company Letter Head with 3-4 responsibilities, not suffcient, but what could I do, even getting a letter with 3-4 responsibilities was difficult (NOC 4163) with no further explanation
Employer 3 (10 Months, NOC 4163, though of no use), Gurgaon, India: Didn't show in Work History, but did show in Personal History. I was employed at really high salary as per India Standards so as and when I left them they got cranky and turned as very bad employer but I have all the documents like relieving letter, experience letter and all the pay slips from them, though relieving and experience letter I got by sending them court notice!
Employer 4 (1 year 6 Months, NOC 4163), Noida, India: 3 Page Reference Letter (I was really impressed) in which they explained everything! + Offer Letter + Increment Letter + Pay Slips
Employer 5 (6 Months, Subsidy of Employer 4, NOC 4163), London, UK: Same Reference Letter in which they explained everything + Promotion Letter + Relocation Letter + Resignation Letter + Pay Slips
Employer 6 (Indian Subsidy of Employer 1, NOC 4163), India: I have not shown them in work history but could shown them personal history.

I got my Police Certificate from the UK and Delhi, India (Dated Oct 25 and Oct 27); Police Certificate from US (Dated Sep 25), Will that be ok? Medical Acknowledgement Slip, Got it today itself, I got my medicals done even they without requesting it!

I am submitting Schedule A along with my LoE as I was once rejected for visa to US. I am doing this without they requesting it? I hope they dont think its something suspicious as I am doing everything as upfront

Affidavit for One and Same Person: I have got the affidavit as my employers include only my First Name and Last Name in my letters as this is the way they have put that in their systems whereas my all IDs have First Name, Middle Name and Last Name!. I hope this will be ok. I am doing this without any request again!

I am thinking of submitting Adhaar Card and Birth Certificate along with Passport upfront? Should I be doing this?

Lastly, what about Internships I had during my Bachelor and Master? Do I need to include those in personal history as well as those time periods are covered that I was pursuing my graduation and post graduation!

I hope my work ex of 2 years (NOC 2121) + 10 months (NOC 4163) + 2 years (NOC 4163) will be enough! Crossing Hands

I'm sorry but I need to ask, at what stage were you asked to select a visa office? I received ITA recently and currently completing my profile and uploading documents but I never came across that question.. anyone?

1 - Police certificate from the US is fine if you got it during your last visit.
2 - Regarding the LOE - that's fine, not a big deal that you got rejected (unless due to criminal activity, etc)
3 - Affidavit one and the same person - yes, that's what you're supposed to get
4 - No need to upload birth certificate and whatever the other thing is
5 - Regarding the internship - you can include it in the personal history

I have not submitted so I dont know at which stage they will ask this, but in instructions given on CIC, they say you have to choose your Visa Office! I hope this answers your query!

I was rejected as that was my first time to the US...I dont know why they are so suspicious all the time!

By the way any response on Employer Reference Letters?
