Few Questions before I submit my Application in Express Entry

Hi Guys,

I need your help. I am about to submit my application for ExpressEntry but few questions which you may clarify..

1) I have already got Australian PR. So do i need to mention it anywhere in the application ? In Citizenship page ?

2) Is there any difference or catch in selecting "which provinces or territories would I be living in" ?

3) I did my Graduation from a college and Post Graduation from a University. The college was under same university from where I did my Post Graduation.
So while entering my Graduation details what shall I mention ? University name or college name . In ECA, its mentioned University name.

4) While entering IELTS details, it asks for Result date, is it the same given at the end of the "Test Report Form"? I dont remember exactly when it was announced.

You should declare your Australian PR. Hiding it might be misrepresentation of fact. But be prepared to face questions from CIC about why you are obtaining PR from multiple countries.

2) Is there any difference or catch in selecting "which provinces or territories would I be living in" ?
To my knowledge, no. Because each province ha sit's own jurisdiction, I guess CIC informs the provinces before approving an application. Also, to make sure that you are not intending to live in Quebec which has a different set of rules.

So while entering my Graduation details what shall I mention ? University name or college name . In ECA, its mentioned University name.
Provide your college name for graduation and university name for post-grad. Atleast that's what I have done. The raduation certificate anyways mentions name of the university.


4) While entering IELTS details, it asks for Result date, is it the same given at the end of the "Test Report Form"? I dont remember exactly when it was announced.
I wrote CELPIP so wouldn't know the exact answer. But if you have the IELTS registration details you can always write to them or call them to confirm the date of result declaration.

But my question is where do I need to mention that I already holds PR of Australia ? In the application, it asks for Citizenship which I suppose is different from PR.

Please comment.
