We recently got our COPR and are planning to do a soft landing next month. I have a few questions that I am hoping to get answers to regarding the landing process:
1. We have city of destination as Toronto in our CoPR and are planning to do a soft landing in November in Toronto but we wish for our PR cards be sent to Calgary, AB as we have friends there. Will that be a problem? Do we have to give the same Province/City for the PR address as the port of entry?
2. I read in another thread that the policies have changed and we can no longer give out a friend’s or family member’s address for our PR cards to be delivered to. Does anyone know if this is true or have more information on this?
3. How long would you suggest we have to stay in Canada to finish all the landing formalities?
