Few final queries before I submit my application

Hi all,
I'm going to submit my application tomorrow. I have just a few final queries. Just wanted to get last opinions.

1. To disclose my liabilities,

should I just upload my credit card e-statements, because my bank didn't provide me with a letter as per CIC? Or I can ignore them? They're in the same account as my POF.

2. My personal history is jumbled up, some of the fields were prepopulated.

Should I delete all the entries and re-enter them?

3. My PCC includes two addresses:
Permanent address: A
Present address: B
That's because in my country it's normal to have different permanent and current addresses on the national ID Card hence the different addresses, but I've never lived in my permanent address so I'm mentioning just my present address in address history.

Should I explain anything regarding this in my LOE?

1.I do not think that you need to disclose your credit card information.
2.If they are correct. You do not need to delete them.
3.Is the permanent address your property? How could you never lived in that address? Not a single day? I had a similar situation with two addresses during the same period. I disclosed both of them with overlapped period.

It's my grand mother's home. It is disclosed in the PCC, my address and her address are in the same city and share the same police station. I've occasionally lived there for a day or two at a time.

I guess that's okay. If u still worry about that, you can attach a LOE to explain.

As you said in the previous posts. That's ur granny's place and never changes. you just occasionally stay there for a short time.
