I have a couple of questions, please:
I'm acting also as a representative for my spouse, so my spouse is required to fill out IMM5476.
1. My spouse has a dependent child of 18 years of age. The IMM5476 guide is asking to fill out an IMM5476 form for him also. Where I will upload this form since the portal is allowing me to upload only 1 form of IMM5476;
2. Should my spouse also fill out IMM5475 for the disclosure of the information to me or IMM5476 is enough?
3. If the answer for 2 is Yes the same question as 1. but for IMM5475;
4. We created a common email address for immigration purposes. Can we use the same email address regardless is PA, Sponsor or Representative? Or should we have individual addresses? BTW, when filling out IMM0008 there was a question if the PA agree to use the account email address for further communication and I answered with yes, but this seems to be in contradiction with the fact the PA filled out IMM5476 for the use of a representative. Should I answer with No?
