I m in AME course in northern lights college , dawson creek . The college took fees of all 3 semesters from me and till now even 1st semester is not complete . I dont want to study in this college but the college is not even refunding a single penny. I am just asking for 2nd and 3rd semester fees. Any way i can ask for refund ? Anywhere i can file a complaint ? Plz help , i m tensed !!!

I joined in sep intake ,2012 and i am from india. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering [AME] is the course for which this college is famous so i took this course but they took the whole 3semester fees from me and not only from me i saw they took whole fees from other 2 indian guys too who r my seniors and 2 guys coming in feb 2013. But as i m not having liking for the course i told them abt fees refund. They said they wont return a single money even when 2nd semester starts in feb. I am just asking for 2nd and 3rd semester fees which has not even started.They gave me three options either to withdraw and they wont give a single penny or start course again in feb and pay them $7000 more or change to any other course. Now they dont even have any other engineering course ,now i am fucked up and dont know what to do. Bro in your course i guess u pay semester wise so if u even want to leave u , u didnt had payed any further semester fees.worldofsanal023 said:

Search around on their college website for their refund policies. If on their website they have mentioned that their will be no refunds, nothing can be done.
about 3'rd point if they mentioned abt refund policy.. what is the conditions they given on offer letter timerix0065 said:
if the university has best rank. you have chance to fight and get back the fees since its genuine. meet dean/HOD explain your situation and try to push thru u'r case with help of them. it will definitely work out. try as hard you can.. tell your situation.. be polite to handle this case, coz they got u'r money. if u start rude then it will hit u back..
but that is before course starts , see if i was paying semester wise i would hv lost my 1st semester fees but atleast i would hv saved my 2nd and 3rd semester fees. Right now i am stucked up . International department only gave me this answer. Fucking greedy peoplevimalind said:

For you info, In my age of 20. I paid 120$ to one multinational USA company through online. even am not familiar in English too that stage. The company got closed. I fought with them thru mail nearly 4-6 months and asked my money what i paid. even they didn't respond my mail. But I didn't gave up. I use to mail them daily.. one day they replied that they asked my address of communication to send the money refund check
another example. I was got my refusal last sep 2012 intake for Pre-MBA pgm in TRU. I paid $7000 for first semester. as per TRU refund policy they take 2-3 months for processing the money return. But I mailed them and explained my situation. That how important this money and how much it wuld be useful if i get early. They returned within 3 weeks
So my advise is.. there is no white or black.. when its involving with our money.. you have to take initiative to get back, and its your responsibility.. dont give up.. fight as much you can.. dont call or blame coz of white and bla bla bla other reasons..
