I need all of your suggestions in this matter.plz help to guide me.
I have paid my PR, Biometric, RPRF fee in advance through GC key account,also received payment receipt in email.
When I was trying to upload payment receipt, there is no area to upload this.
I didn’t know that for Express Entry,1st need to submit application, then system will take to payment gateway.
I have raised a web form and mentioned this issue to IRCC, 5 days gone still no response.
I have 15 days left to submit my application.
Should I request for refund,then need to pay through gateway?
Plz advise what to do.
