I have a question regarding the letter I received from Manila visa office.
I got an email requesting additional documents, which I am going to send them.
But there is some information mentioned about the fees in the letter I received yesterday.
Fees and Payment Options:
Effective April 1, 2015:
“You may also pay all your feels online at:https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?land=en
Upon successful completion of your online payment, a PDF receipt Will be sent to the email address provided during the online payment registration process. Please retain a copy of a receipt and forward the receipt to the following email address: MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. The email to our office must include the following information:
Subject line: Payment for [application number]
Body: Full name, date of birth and UCI of the applicant.
I have paid all the fees for PR application (including RPRF) and sent the copy of the receipt with the application in August, 2015.
I assumed it was just general information in the letter, but my application number is written after the subject line (above), so I am worried if they have not received the receipt of the payment.
Will I have to send Manila visa office the receipt of the payment again?
