Hello everyone!
I am sending off my my husband's application next week after his medical.
We have just paid the fees and have printed off the official receipts...

I am looking at the receipt and am wondering about the infomation we have to fill out where it says name, address, client ID. client date of birth etc....

Is it the person who has paid or the principal applicant? I have paid but it is my husband applying for his PR. And how do we get the client ID number?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Canadamon,

The person who has made the payment, his/her details (name, address, client ID, client date of birth) must be entered. With regard to the Client number, if you dont remember / do not have, you can leave it blank.

Hope this helps.

ok so after searching previous posts, I have figured out that it is my name and info (the payer)...

However, do I put my current residence in Denmark...or the address that my credit card is billed to, which is a Canadian address? I still have alot of my mail sent to my parents home in Canada (where we will be living when my husband's PR).

Thanks!

Thanks Fadil80 for your response!
You are welcome, canadamom.

You have to give your address that your credit card is billed to, which is a Canadian address.
