I'm assuming that I'm extremely wrong and am hoping those with experience can clarify.
I've not included my common-law spouse in my application besides marking that I have one and she is not accompanying me. The reason being is I'm already in Canada (5 years strong) and my spouse is a Canadian citizen since birth.
Will I be forced to pay a fee for her even though she's not included in my application?
