fee deducted but didn't recieve mail

hi to all fellows,
i applied for skilled worker visa, yesterday on 23/06/2010 they deducted my fee but i didn't recieved mail from them that my application is successfull and send us the require documents,
would you please help me out, how can i contact them and ask them i couldn't recieved mail from you.

I believe this for PR.

You need to wait ~1 month after fee deduction to get AOR email...

In my case i received a letter by post in 2 weeks, u might have to wait for some time.

thanks my friends, but this is not too far my friends applied 6 months before they got email immediately after deduction of fee from their accounts
