Fedexing FBI Clearance to Buffalo - Need phone number

I want to fedex my hubbys FBI clearance with his stickers with the file number to Buffalo- It is going to a PO box and FEDEX requires a phone number. Anyone do this before??? I need a phone number.

It does not go to a PO Box.
