Federal Skilled Worker Stream in EE

I have submitted Express Entry application but I am seeing Only CEC program as criteria met. I know i don't qualify for other programs but I think I qualify for Federal Skilled worker But it shows not met. What should i do.

My foreign experience Is more than 13 years But I've shown 8 years of foreign experience hence 15 points.
