Federal Skilled Worker question

I completed my bachelors degree in Canada but did not obtain a work permit. I do not have Canadian work experience but I have work experience overseas. My score is around 75. I want to apply for the skilled worker program. My IELTS score is above CLB 9 level.

Do I need a job offer or can I apply with out one?

You can apply, if eligible to submit a profile. You don’t need a job.

Whether you get selected will really depend on your CRS score and NOC.
