hi,
(1) i have (1 to 10th) schooling +three year diploma in electrical engg + three year degree in electrical engineer. how much point i will get in educational point based calculator? 20 or 22?

(2)under federal skilled worker ministerial conditions i want to qualify under (7242 industrial electricial or 7241 without industral electricial) but i am electrical engineer not electrician but both need electrical diploma that i have but if i will type in my company letter electrical engineer instead of electrician then i don't qualify under manisterial instrution ? help me

1) look under the points and see which one you qualify for and look for the highest. i think 22 but i am saying this without looking at the points table so i could be wrong.
2) duties matter more than title, so i have been told.

You are an electrical engineer, you won't qualify as an electrician.  To qualify as an electrician you would have had to have about a 4-5 year apprenticeship (depending on the country) to qualify.
