Federal Skilled Worker Class, what next?

Hello Guys,
Please i have entered the Express Entry and i had a reply that, ''you appear to satisfy the eligibility requirements of Canada's Federal Skilled Worker Class''.

with a link asking me to pay $1990 for the processing, which is not 100%guarantee.
am afraid don't wanna pay.

Please what should i do and how do i enter the Express Entry Pool?

CIC does not ask for fees without an ITA. The application fee per person is $550.
