I am a tool designer in uae and citizen of india and i have passed out my diploma of plastic mould technology from india of five years and having 5.5 bands i want to apply under federal skilled category as i have an exp of four years but as per cic candidate must have the education of canada or work experience . can i get the education certificate on the behalf this education .if yes then please guide me and suggest any more options under express category
