Federal process after CSQ- Malaysia

Hi,
I am intending to apply for federal soon after receiving the police certificates. On my CSQ, its written tht i should submit my application to Canada embassy in Kuala Lumpur since i am currently living in Malaysia. I tried accessing the visa office instruction (pdf format) but its not opening properly. So i don't know really what documents i have to submit with my application. Furthermore, they r asking only 5 photographs unlike some of the other CIC office. Anyone applied to KL embassy?

you can not get them on the phone ! you can not ask them a question !!! :E
sorry to say that but its true !!!
i am guessing, and it seems you are student there so you need police report from your original country as well !

thks for ur reply.Someone sent me the file i wanted. Its true tht they don't answer the phone. I have tried calling so many times but instead i had to listen to the voice recorded msg. Now, i am worried to apply at tht cic office. Have u applied at that cic? tell me about ur experience.

hey buddy
actually i have no experience they just get my file and paper,,, they asked me for interview , and during interview asked for my passport !
nothing is wrong with them , they are just lazy ! and they dont talk to much !! they always push you back and tell you go check the site ! )

Thks for the reply. According to my CSQ, I have to apply here. I was worried when u said worst CIC office ever. I just wanted to inquire how long it takes to get the visa for Quebec selected applicant but noone answered there and they didnot even mention it on the website either.

mine ???) i did re-medical,
so 5 to 13 months, you better count on 13 months, in case if you get it faster, you will be more happier

hey buddy, im fine, how are u.
the fee is 289 RM, you can go to the list that they will give you, but make sure you have to call and make appointment,
because its medical exam for immigration.
there is a place called, capsquare,

they are fast, but call them for an appointment, you can go there early at 8:30 to do the blood test, dr will come at 9~9:30
but its good to be there for blood and urine test at 8:30, you will be the first...
and, sorry to say that, but try to not have sex the night before,
i did and had to do my urine test, 3 times, the 4th times got accepted , because they have seen protein in my urine )
and thats a bit painful to drink 2.5 liter water to wash up protein at 8:30 AM !!!!!! )
the whole process is easy, they check your height, weight, eye ( make sure you bring your glasses too, if you use. ) , ear ,
and things like that...

believe me !
i got my PR last WEEK !, my PR card ? you DO understand the word of PR CARD i m saying ??? right !
i still can login to the CIC E CASE ! , they didnt close my ECASE and its in process , !!!!
so, im saying ! you just go there one day ,and ask them... !
i have never get medical received, or decision made, or whatever, it was always in process and it still is !

congrats.. its surprising tht u got PR even though u r not in canada... Its nice .
I will just send them notarised copies of my documents. I am still waiting for PCC from Malaysia. I guess i will get it after two months time... So hopefully i will send my doc in Oct itself.

you can have if you want !
its called travel document, 50$ fee, for DHL, which is for someone that can not go to canada at this moment/
