I submitted my application for the Federal Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) through the online portal and received my application number. Later, I received an email requesting me to provide my biometric information. I completed my biometric submission at the application center three weeks ago, but I have not received any updates since then.


Currently, my application status is still marked as "Submitted," and I would like to understand why there has been no update. Could you kindly provide me with any information regarding the status of my application and whether my biometrics have been successfully linked to my file?


I would appreciate any guidance or clarification on this matter.

to keep you updated , IRCC replied on my email but it was useless and the answer was :
The application under process , and due to technical issue i can't link it to my account .

i beleive the officer don't even open the application
