Federal and sinp ban

Hi my friend got banned by SINP for 2 years due to misrepresentation. Now federal is investigating his case too. Would he be banned by federal too for same document of misrepresentation.
I heard that if someone already get ban for any province then federal only put removal order.
Is it true?

Past posts is you not your friend. So your “friend” is in Canada then if the government is considering a removal order? Depends on the the severity of the misrepresentation but federal bans are usually 5 years. A removal order will likely include a ban too.

Yes, it's quite possible you may be banned federally if they are investigating you at the federal level as well.
