Fed-Ex Return Label for Confirmation of Permanent Residency Docs

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I live in the USA and we recently got word that we had been approved for Permanent Residency and they needed copies of our passports, passport sized photos, etc. so they could finish processing the application and send us our confirmation of Permanent Residency info. We tried to send it off today and ran into some issues, the main being that Fed-Ex won't let us pay for a return shipping label since it will be coming from Canada. We emailed the email address listed about how to take care of this (cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca) and received an automated email that due to a high volume of emails, they may not respond for up to 10 business days. The other issue we have is that we don't have a home address, we just have a PO Box because we live on a reservation where the post office doesn't deliver. But Fed-Ex and UPS don't deliver to PO Boxes. So we want to list the address on the return label as the Fed-Ex store that we can pick up at. Can we do that and then would we also list that address on the "Annex A" document?

Thanks for any and all advice!! We don't want to wait 10 business days to mail this information off!
