For those who had received the AOR by e-mail, can you please post the sender's e-mail and subject of message? I want to create some email filters.

Subject: citizenship & immigration Canada: information about Fxxxxxxxxx

It then states the uci and file number of the sponsor.

Yes dave!! Congrats! A lot of aor's coming in at the moment! Need some sa's! I want mine before I go on vacation! (Will make re-entering canada a little easier haha)

You can leave that blank on the application, you'll receive a UCI number once you get the AOR or SA. I got my UCI number this morning with my AOR email.

I sent mine next day canada post with signature...it got there 3 days later with no.signature and I still got my aor so it works fine!

Hi Gary_87, I just sent off my application...it feels...I don't know...a little bit weird. like you give away a baby that you've raised for a long time... lol~
Anyways, I'm happy that it's finally done. Please add me to the spreadsheet. I'm applying through Beijing office and I have my medical done on Jan 23, 2013. Let's hope everything would be fine and we all get our PR very soon!

I have already Client ID since I am Permenent Resident~
Bunch of my past requests like PR Card renewals and Citizenship application show up under it.

Would my Sponsoriship application show there as well? Or will there be new Client ID for Spouse?
Still didnt get AOR, so I wonder if I can expect it to just bundle and appear under my clientID as sponsor later....

I know mine was filed on the 19th and arrived on the 21st, of course I'm a pre-worrier so now I'll start having a complex about why I haven't received my AOR. Though logically I know cases are passed on to different CIC officers with different work loads.

Oh and CIC has updated their processing times to 29 days for sponsorship approval (changed from 21 days) and it still says they are working on January 29th 2013 files. :-[
